We list information about licensed dispensaries, retailers, brands, delivery options, and include user reviews. We are an information hub—not a cannabis seller. We don’t grow, make, package, test, sell, or deliver cannabis. Any purchases are solely between you and a third-party provider, not us.

Listing a dispensary or product doesn’t mean we endorse its quality, safety, or legality. We strive to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee every listing, price, or review is current or correct. Verify details—like a dispensary’s license, hours, or stock—yourself before acting on them.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Site legally, as long as you follow these Terms. Do not misuse it. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Engage in Illegal Activities: Use the Site for illegal cannabis sales, purchases, or any other unlawful actions.
  • Misrepresent or Post Harmful Content: Share false, misleading, or invasive content.

When you post User Content, you give Leaf Locator a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, share, or display it to operate or promote the Site. For example, we might feature your review in a listing or advertisement. You retain ownership, but we can use it without further permission or payment.

6.3 Monitoring and Removal

We may (but are not required to) review or remove User Content if it violates these Terms or laws. Report inappropriate content via the Site or email.

User Content reflects the poster’s views, not ours. We don’t guarantee its accuracy or usefulness. Use it at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (except User Content)—such as designs, text, logos, and code—is owned by Leaf Locator or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Leaf Locator’s name and logos are our trademarks.

7.2 Your License

You may use the Site for personal purposes if you follow these Terms. Do not copy, modify, or share our content without permission.

7.3 Restrictions

Do not:

  • Use our content commercially without approval.

  • Cannabis Laws: Cannabis is federally illegal in the U.S. You must follow your local laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
